During August and September 2018 we will be running a regular 'drop in' fitness programme poolside on Fridays.
Whether you're a local or are visiting, come and give it a try!
Classes will run throughout the day - just buy a standard pool swim entry wrist band to take part and you can then use your wristband to swim throughout the day if you wish. Classes are suitable for those aged over 12 years. Participants should buy a wristband at the kiosk and meet the Fitness Instructor on the top terrace by the kiosk. Classes will take place adjacent to the pool and are suitable for all levels of fitness and ability.
Please ensure you make the instructor aware of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries. Classes do not need to be booked, please just arrive at least 5 mins before the class to sign the register. Late arrivals will be refused due to safety and need to warm up. Please bring suitable footwear and water to rehydrate, especially on warm days.

Class descriptions :
Pilates has a focus on improving flexibility while building strength especially within the core and back muscles. It also has a major emphasis on alignment, breathing, coordination and balance.
Poolside Circuits is a fun, high intensity class that works the whole body through a range of body-weight and resistance based exercises while keeping the rest short and heart rate high!
